Prices One wrist donut delivered by Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service within the UK is £9.99 plus £2.96 p&p. This price includes VAT. We are unable to accept orders online for deliveries outside the UK, but if you would like to place an order for delivery outside the UK please contact us and we’ll be very pleased to help.
Getting the Size Right For maximum comfort your wrist donut must fit snugly (not tightly) around your wrist joint. You can be sure of your size with our measure-a-wrist, which you simply print and cut out to measure around your wrist joint, as close to the hand as possible.
How to Order With our new ordering system you can now complete your Order Form online and select one of the following three options: Buy now using your Credit or Debit Card or Paypal or Google Account Place your order and make your payment using your own internet or telephone banking facilities. Please use your Surname and Postcode as the payment reference. Print and post your order with a cheque or postal order
	Delivery We endeavour to despatch orders for plain wrist donuts on the same or the next working day that payment is received, depending on the time that your order arrives and, of course, Post Office opening hours. Personalised wrist donuts are despatched within one week, and we would advise you of a delay.
Your order will be despatched by First Class post with Royal Mail’s Signed for Service. This not only provides a Tracking Reference so your order can be traced on Royal Mail’s website, but very often customers receive their orders the next day, which we think is pretty impressive, as the majority of our orders begin their journey from a Sub Post Office in the heart of rural Devon! Returns and Cancellations Policy Our aim is that the wrist donut symbolises quality. In order to achieve this every wrist donut is created using the very best materials, and finished to the highest standard. Our quality control system ensures that each wrist donut is inspected twice prior to despatch. However, in the unlikely event that in normal use a wrist donut is found to be faulty, it should be returned to PO Box 535 Exeter EX6 6WS and will be either replaced or refunded, whichever is requested. We respect distance shoppers’ rights. If you change your mind at any time from placing your order to up to seven working days after the day that the order is delivered please contact us to cancel your order. If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled immediately and your payment will be refunded in full. However, if your order has already been despatched please notify us (as above) that you wish to cancel and return your wrist donut in good condition, i.e. tried but unused, to PO Box 535 Exeter EX6 6WS and we will refund your payment less p&p. Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse your costs for returning the order. Please Note Once embroidered to your specification, we are not able to cancel/refund orders for personalised wrist donuts.
