Trading Terms and Conditions

Orders are placed in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

• Although we make every effort to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, because each wrist donut is individually hand made, sizes and measurements can only be approximate and may vary slightly.
• The colours of fabric and threads may vary slightly from how they appear online, due to the variances in computer displays.
• Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible, it is accepted that delays may occur.
• Products will not be despatched until payment has been received unless by prior agreement.
• All payments to be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
• Goods remain the property of MA Design (Devon) Ltd. until paid for in full.
• We endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct and we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.
• Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are nett of VAT.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are accepted in accordance with Distance Shopping Regulations. Unless buying for business, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order (in writing) at any time from placing the order to within seven working days after the day of delivery. If you cancel after delivery, you may return your order, in good condition, for a full refund. We will refund your payment to us but we are unable to reimburse your costs for returning the order. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns of wrist donuts which have been embroidered or printed to a customer’s specification unless they are faulty. • Our Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions relate to any dealings that you may have with us, either via our website or direct.
• We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
