With a choice of embroidery or print transfer, the wrist donut offers a practical opportunity for organisations to provide employees and clients with the benefits of the personal wrist rest whilst at the same time promoting corporate identity.


Getting the Right Size
For maximum comfort the wrist donut must fit snugly around the wrist joint. You can be sure of your sizes with our measure-a-wrist, which you simply print and cut out to measure around the wrist joint, as close to the hand as possible.

How to Order
Please complete the Online Order Form by selecting one of the following three options:

Buy now online using your Credit or Debit Card Submit your order and make your payment by BACS. Please use your Company Name and Postcode as the payment reference. Print and post your order with a cheque Alternatively we will be pleased to provide you with a proforma invoice when ordering by other means, e.g. faxed Company Purchase Order. Whichever method you choose, your receipted invoice will be sent with your order.

Delivery
We endeavour to despatch orders for plain wrist donuts on the same or the next working day that payment is received, depending on the time that your order is received, size of order and, of course, Post Office opening hours. For branded wrist donuts the delivery date is agreed when the order is placed.

Your order will be despatched by First Class post with Royal Mail’s Signed for Service. This not only provides a Tracking Reference so your order can be traced on Royal Mail’s website, but very often customers receive their orders the next day, which we think is pretty impressive, as the majority of our orders begin their journey from a Sub Post Office in the heart of rural Devon!

Returns & Cancellations Policy
We strive to ensure that every wrist donut symbolises quality. To achieve this each wrist donut is created using the very best materials and finished to the highest standard. Our quality control system ensures that each wrist donut is inspected twice prior to despatch. However, in the unlikely event that, in normal use, a wrist donut is found to be faulty, please return it to us at PO Box 535, Exeter EX6 6WS and it will be either replaced or refunded, whichever you request.

In addition, wherever possible we extend our respect of distance shoppers’ rights to our business customers and so if you change your mind within two weeks of placing an order for fifty or less plain wrist donuts or within seven working days of receipt of your order for fifty or less plain wrist donuts please contact us to cancel/return your order.

• If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled immediately and any payment received will be refunded.
• If your order has already been despatched please return it, unused, to PO Box 535 Exeter EX6 6WS and upon receipt your payment (less p&p) will be refunded. Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse your costs for returning the order.

Please Note: Once embroidered or printed to your specification, we are not able to cancel/refund orders for bespoke wrist donuts.
